SMA are delighted to announce that our client’s asylum appeal has been allowed by the First-Tier Tribunal and the Secretary of State has not sought permission to appeal to the Upper Tribunal. The Appellant, Mr Y (not his real initial) was represented in the First-Tier Tribunal by Mr Jay Gajjar, a barrister at Imperium Chambers.
